Job summary

Cranefreight is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance within the Tennessee facility. You will supervise staff, review driver logs, and coordinate with Safety & Compliance to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

The role requires 4+ years in logistics and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, with a focus on teamwork, problem solving, and process improvement. On-site position with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Four years of industry experience is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of daily operations within the department.
• Review & audit drivers logs and inspections.
• Work closely with Safety & Compliance.
• Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees.
• Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards.
• Enforce policy and procedure compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments within the company.
• Respond to & solve problems.
• Train employees on job specific duties.
• Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements.
• Effectively communicate with drivers, clients, vendors and employees.
• Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process.
• Other duties as assigned.
