Job summary

Cranefreight is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support on-site distribution operations in Tennessee. You will handle BOLs, inspect cargo, label items, and complete safety and quality checklists while using a forklift to move materials. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to Crane SOPs.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, packing, labeling, and accurate data entry in the warehouse management system. On-site presence and forklift certification within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Greater than three years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate RF scanning and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Check for vendor accuracy, create bill of ladings (BOLs).
• Validate no damage to cargo, ensure correct labeling and quality checklist.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Load/unload materials, secure them for transport.
• Scan freight with RF equipment and update systems.
• Complete paperwork promptly and maintain safe work environment.
