Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of freight handlers and operational staff.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and handling of freight shipments.
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and packaging compliant with regulations.
• Plan and prioritize freight operations to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock counts and reconciliation.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
