Job summary

Lhoist North America in Wisconsin is seeking a Dispatcher to manage daily dispatching and planning for the private fleet and third‑party carriers. You will ensure safety, DOT compliance, and on-time deliveries while coordinating with drivers and the Fleet Manager.

This role requires 3–5 years of dispatching and customer service experience, proficiency with SAP, e-logs, GPS tracking, and strong communication skills. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, with on-call evenings and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dispatching and customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with SAP, e-logs and GPS tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Compliance: Ensures fleet operates within DOT and company guidelines.
• Load Planning and Scheduling: Dispatching for private fleet and third-party carriers.
• Customer Service: Interacts with customers and carriers, resolves issues proactively.
• Other duties as assigned.
