Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking an energetic, safety‑minded Operations Manager to run dispatch operations at our Lenexa, KS location. You will lead drivers and office staff, optimize vehicle service workflows, and ensure accurate communications with clients and teams.

The role requires strong management and logistics capabilities, travel a few times per year, and a commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires strong management, human relations and communication skills.
• Ideal candidate will possess strong logistic skill set.
• Able to travel 2-3 times per year for meetings.
• Active driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Motivates a staff of professional drivers and office personnel.
• Evaluates vehicle condition and approves services for maintenance.
• Tracks and manages active vehicle services in the ERP system.
• Maintains relationships with vehicle service providers for quality outcomes.
• Completes title and registration services for Auto Driveaway and clients.
• Assigns drivers based on requests and workload.
• Communicates delivery/pickup estimates to customers.
• Ensures dispatch systems are updated and functioning.
• Develops action plans to improve service levels and reduce failures.
• Ensures compliance with FMCSR, state and local regulations.
