Job summary

Auto Driveaway in Lenexa, KS is seeking an energetic Operations Manager to lead dispatch operations at our Lenexa location. You will supervise drivers and office staff, coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all dispatch activities.

The ideal candidate has strong management and logistics skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining service levels. Occasional travel and DMV-related duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across divisions.
• Strong management, human relations and communication skills.
• Solid logistics skill set and problem-solving abilities.
• Active driver's license and clean MVR; travel 2–3 times per year.
• Customer service delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivates drivers and office staff.
• Evaluates vehicle condition and requests services.
• Tracks active vehicle services in Cloud ERP.
• Coordinates with service providers for quality outcomes.
• Completes title and registration at DMVs as needed.
• Evaluates pickup/delivery requests and assigns drivers.
• Analyzes orders and availability to plan deployments.
• Maintains 100% updates in internal systems and customer communications.
• Develops action plans with drivers to reduce service failures.
• Ensures compliance with FMCSR and local regulations.
