Job summary

Auto Driveaway is seeking an energetic Operations Manager to execute dispatch operations at our Lenexa, KS location. You will motivate drivers and office staff, oversee vehicle service coordination, and ensure compliance with FMCSR and local regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, logistics expertise, and the ability to optimize delivery time and customer satisfaction. Travel 2–3 times yearly may be required, with competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Ability to multi-task and prioritize across divisions.
Strong management, human relations and communication skills.
Solid logistics skill set and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel 2–3 times per year.
Active driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

Motivates a staff of professional drivers and office personnel.
Evaluates vehicle conditions and coordinates services (detail, maintenance, body repair).
Tracks and manages active vehicle services in the ERP system.
Manages relationships with vehicle service providers for quality outcomes.
Completes title and registration services for clients.
