• 2+ years in logistics or transportation.

• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Asset management of drivers and assets to optimize dispatch.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety policies.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery and route adherence.
• Use TMW, Peoplenet, and PC*Miler for data driven decisions.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly.
• Develop strategies to reduce transportation costs.
• Lead and mentor drivers and staff.
• Analyze data to streamline logistics processes.
