Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors facility reporting metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Investigates performance issues with BC/AOs and corrects errors in systems.
• Communicates with BC/AOs, ICs, ISPs about load plan changes and updates Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigates customer service complaints and communicates resolutions to customers.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance information and ensures DOT compliance for equipment.
• Creates and maintains files for equipment, insurance, and maintenance documents.
• Coordinates dispatch of linehaul equipment and enters dispatch events.
• Reports linehaul delays, accidents, and equipment failures and implements contingencies.
• May organize driver training and conduct driver release audits.
