• Performance Monitoring: track KPIs such as delivery performance and driver productivity; analyze data for improvements.
• Supervise and coordinate with Operations and Training departments; ensure safety compliance and on-call readiness.

Job SummaryThe Logistics Specialist is a key role responsible for administering all dispatch functions to ensure safe and customer-centric operations for the fleet. This position involves efficiently managing and directing all aspects of the daily distribution of fuel, lubricants, and related products.
