Job summary

DO & CO AG in Boston is seeking a Dispatcher Lead to coordinate transportation between the main production facility, third-party vendors, and the airport while ensuring on-time dispatch of products and flights. The role requires passing airport security clearance and liaising with airline clients and airport authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation between the main production facility, third-party vendors, and the airport
• Ensure on-time delivery of products, goods and services; monitor aircraft timings
• Supervise drivers and driver helpers; manage schedules and documentation
• Communicate relevant information from airline clients to the appropriate departments
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations per the handbook
