Job summary

DO & CO group in Boston is seeking a dynamic Dispatcher Lead to coordinate transportation between our production facility, vendors and the Airport. You will supervise drivers, ensure on-time dispatch, and maintain clear communication with airline clients and airport authorities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, is capable of independent work and excels in planning, coordination and decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation activities between our main production facility, third party vendors and the Airport.
• Manage on time delivery of products, goods and services; plan, forecast, schedule and communicate transportation activities.
• Monitor all aircraft arrival/departure timings and other operational updates; supervise and assist drivers and driver helpers.
