Job summary

EnviroTech Services is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation activities by dispatching drivers, monitoring compliance, and serving as the primary contact for customers regarding delivery execution.

This role ensures accurate order creation, timely dispatch, and delivery confirmation while supporting driver performance, DOT safety, and ERP/TMS data in our logistics operations.

Based in Evanston, WY area with duties at various hub locations, travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, dispatch, or logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, HOS, and ELD requirements.
• Experience using ERP, TMS, or dispatch systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch loads to drivers and manage daily route execution.
• Coordinate schedules to meet delivery requirements and provide customer updates.
• Coach and support drivers on safety, compliance, and performance.
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and ensure DOT/safety compliance.
• Ensure order details are complete and confirm delivery in ERP system.
