Job summary

EnviroTech Services is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation activities by dispatching drivers, monitoring compliance, and serving as the primary contact for customers. This role ensures accurate order creation, timely dispatch, and delivery confirmation within the ERP system.

The Dispatcher will lead driver scheduling, KPI reporting, and safety compliance, with a travel requirement of up to 50% and a bonus potential of 10%. Base pay ranges from $65,768 to $77,181 per year.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, dispatch, or logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, HOS, and ELD requirements.
• Experience using ERP, TMS, or dispatch systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Dispatch loads to drivers and manage daily route execution.
• Coordinate schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Coach and support drivers on safety, performance, and service.
• Monitor Hours of Service and ensure DOT compliance.
• Ensure order details are accurate before dispatch and confirm delivery in ERP.
