Job summary

EnviroTech Services is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation activities, dispatch drivers, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining DOT compliance and safety standards.

The role reports to the Director of Customer Experience and Fulfillment, and offers placement across various hub locations with a 10% bonus potential and up to 50% travel. Base pay ranges from $65,768 to $77,181 per year.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, dispatch, or logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, HOS, and ELD requirements.
• Experience using ERP, TMS, or dispatch systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch loads to commercial drivers and manage daily route execution.
• Coordinate schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Communicate proactively with drivers regarding assignments and changes.
• Coach and support drivers through regular engagement, meetings, and training on safety, compliance, performance and customer service.
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD compliance for assigned drivers.
