Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Call Center Lead (Dispatch) in Vancouver, WA to manage the in-home appointment schedule across all West markets. The role ensures adequate sales rep coverage, keeps each rep’s day full, and serves as the contact for customers and internal teams when changes occur.

You will train new dispatch staff, monitor coverage, reroute leads, and push for filled slots while supporting the verification team as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or appointment coordination experience.
• Tech savvy, with the ability to navigate relevant software.
• Outstanding organization and multitasking abilities.
• Advanced sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Review the assignment page several days in advance to confirm adequate sales rep coverage.
• Coordinate with Sales to add or transfer a rep when schedule is booked out to open blocks.
• Monitor sales rep availability to ensure coverage for new bookings.
• Review outliers to determine pairing opportunities for same-day scheduling.
• Communicate with customers regarding late arrivals and cancellations to save appointments.
