IMMEDIATE HIRING! Dispatch Lead FULL-TIME Opportunity

We’re hiring Dispatch Leads responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and prioritizing all Dispatch and Communications Center activities. This person assigns and routes transportation requests and provides clear communication in all situations to ensure quality support and care to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assume supervisory duties when Communications Center Supervisors are unavailable, including delegating tasks, participating in performance reviews, training personnel, and issuing corrective actions.
  • Monitor phone queues and communicate with providers and community partners to resolve service-related issues.
  • Receive incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and promptly determine proper response levels.
  • Allocate resources and input applicable information into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
  • Act as a liaison between local 911 centers, field personnel, and the Communications Center.
  • Complete all shift paperwork accurately, including status and call time reports.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience within a Dispatch/Communications Center.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch Advanced (EMDA), CPR, and ICS certification preferred.
