Title: Dispatch Track Consultant

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 12+ months

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and optimize the current architecture for Heavy Bulky Deliver Services.
2. Integrate manual processes into the DispatchTrack system using existing modules.
3. Enhance the DispatchTrack billing module to ensure accurate reflection of work performed, facilitating precise revenue recognition and customer billing.
4. Propose an automated injection process for AS2 files, streamlining the workflow and reducing manual intervention.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
6. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to maximize the system's potential and reduce losses.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on DispatchTrack or similar systems.
3. Proven track record of optimizing and integrating technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Strong understanding of billing and invoicing processes, particularly in the context of DispatchTrack.
5. Experience with AS2 file consumption and transformation processes is highly desirable.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience working in the logistics or supply chain industry.
2. Knowledge of Heavy Bulky Deliver Services operations and challenges.
3. Project management experience, with a proven ability to lead and drive initiatives to completion.
