Dispatcher Lead

IMMEDIATE HIRING! Dispatch Lead
Full-Time Opportunity

We're hiring Dispatcher Leads responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and prioritizing all Dispatch and Communications Center activities. This role involves assigning and routing transportation requests and providing clear communication to ensure quality support and care for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assume supervisory duties when Communications Center Supervisors are unavailable, including delegating tasks, participating in performance reviews, training personnel, and issuing corrective actions.

  2. Monitor phone queues and communicate with providers and community partners to resolve service-related issues.

  3. Receive incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and promptly determine the appropriate response levels.

  4. Allocate resources and input applicable information into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.

  5. Act as a liaison between local 911 centers, field personnel, and the Communications Center.

  6. Accurately complete all shift paperwork, including status and call time reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within a Dispatch/Communications Center.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Emergency Medical Dispatch Advanced (EMDA), CPR, & ICS certification preferred.
