Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Dispatch Manager in Carrollton, TX. This role leads the delivery team, ensures safe loading and routing, and coordinates with warehouses to meet delivery commitments.

The position emphasizes strong supervisory skills, knowledge of DOT regulations, and the ability to optimize routes and maintain fleet operations within a growing distribution organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supervisory or management roles in distribution, logistics, or delivery environments.
• Experience leading drivers, dispatchers, or transportation teams.
• Knowledge of routing, fleet management, and transportation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages, recruits, and hires all Delivery Drivers and Dispatchers.
• Ensures delivery trucks are loaded and operated safely and in compliance with standards.
• Routes drivers to meet planned and unplanned delivery commitments.
• Maintains vehicle fleet and coordinates with maintenance programs.
• Minimizes turn-around times through supervision of Drivers and coordination with Warehouse.
