BearCom is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage emergency and non-emergency calls, coordinate dispatch of service crews, and maintain detailed logs. You will interact directly with customers, ensuring timely, accurate information and professional service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and consistent follow-up. The successful candidate will be organized, customer-service driven, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven relevant experience
• Type 35 wpm with data entry experience
• Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergencies
• Proficient in English (oral and written); Spanish a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Follow company procedures and assist with refining procedures
• Must work under pressure and independently
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Sound judgement and critical thinking
• Background checks may include a Motor Vehicle check

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
• Transmit information to the appropriate resource or provide a solution
• Receive and schedule resources for trouble calls and service projects
• Use radio, phone, or computer to dispatch crews to locations
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs of calls and activities
• Provide in-route and follow-up calls to customers as part of customer service
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as assigned
