Job summary

BearCom, a leading distributor of wireless solutions, seeks a Service Coordinator in Atlanta to manage customer calls, coordinate field resources, and ensure timely service delivery. You will document incidents, dispatch crews, and maintain detailed logs while delivering high-quality customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven relevant experience.
• Proficient in data entry (35 wpm).
• Excellent English (oral & written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record all significant information.
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information to appropriate resource or provide a solution.
• Schedule resources for trouble calls and service projects.
• Dispatch crews using radio, phone or computer to appropriate locations.
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs of calls and activities.
• Provide in-route and follow-up calls to customers as part of customer service.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
