Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, a call center or dispatch.
• Calm, clear phone voice even when callers are upset.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends or holidays as scheduled.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local roads and geography.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts and emails from drivers, fleet clients and insurers.
• Take down service requests accurately: location, vehicle details, issue, and payment method.
• Send jobs to drivers through dispatch software and track until completion.
• Provide accurate arrival times and keep customers updated.
• Quote standard service rates and process payments over the phone.
• Handle complaints with patience and escalate when needed.
• Maintain current records in dispatch software.
• Coordinate impound releases, storage questions and vehicle pickups.
