Qualifications

• Experience in trucking dispatch, transportation coordination, logistics, agriculture operations, grain handling, feed, fertilizer, or related industries preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with transportation management, dispatching, scheduling, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily deliveries to maximize efficiency and meet customer commitments.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, sales, and production teams regarding schedules and delivery status.
• Manage transportation schedules and adjust routes or timing as needed.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate order and dispatch records.
• Resolve delivery issues and service concerns quickly and professionally.
• Track delivery performance and proactively communicate delays or changes.
• Support customers by answering questions and providing order updates.
