Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily driver duties and determine routes, time, and completion.
• Negotiate loads with third-party carriers and input rates in system.

• Interact with internal/external customers; manage shift handoffs to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain driver documents for accuracy and compliance and participate in payroll tasks as needed.
• Oversee carrier selection and fleet management to balance service and cost.
