Responsibilities

• Organize deliveries so they are ready to go every time a driver walks in the door.
• Process all returns from drivers quickly and efficiently.
• Supervise Delivery Drivers including timely deliveries, time clock management, atmosphere, and shift coverage.
• Maintain dock cleanliness and keep back entryways clear of ice.
• Manage the delivery vehicle fleet, schedule maintenance, and keep vehicles clean.
• Assist Parts Pullers to achieve timely deliveries.
• Ensure drivers have what they need to succeed through coaching and communication.
