Job summary

C-- is seeking a customer-oriented service representative to join our team. You will handle large volumes of incoming calls, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information using the right tools.

You will build sustainable relationships and meet service goals while documenting interactions and following procedures. Experience in customer service and a track record of exceeding goals help, as does excellent communication and time-management.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Track record of exceeding goals.
• Strong phone communication and listening skills.
• Familiarity with email, Microsoft Excel and G Suite.
• Customer-focused and ability to pivot to different types of personalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school degree.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to exceed satisfaction.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and clients.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and clients by open and interactive communication.
• Meet personal/customer service team call goals.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
• Document customer interactions.
• Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Daily reports and communication via email.
