Qualifications

• Comfortable utilizing multiple software platforms and spreadsheet tools (Excel) to manage data.
• Excellent communication skills, with a calm and professional demeanor when handling time-sensitive escalations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing real-time visibility into freight status and driver locations.
• Proactively monitor transit milestones to identify and resolve potential delays before they impact delivery.
• Maintain high levels of data integrity through meticulous entry of shipment details, driver logs, and operational records.

Our client is seeking a proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join a fast-paced Operations Management Center (OMC) team. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for a major manufacturing account, ensuring critical materials and freight are tracked, coordinated, and delivered on time to keep production lines running smoothly.

• Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 4PM - 12:00 AM

Qualifications

Responsibilities
