Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency or non-emergency calls, log information, assess urgency, and prioritize responses.
• Assign drivers, vehicles, or service crews to locations and optimize routes using GPS, traffic, and weather data.
• Maintain constant contact with field units using two-way radios, multi-line phones, or digital platforms.
• Monitor the live location and status of fleet vehicles, shipments, or responders.
• Handle delays, breakdowns, route disruptions, or high-pressure situations.
• Maintain detailed logs of calls, dispatches, delivery times, incident reports, and regulatory documents.
