Qualifications

• Ability to coach, train and motivate employees and evaluate performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and phone systems.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures; high integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and prepare dispatch-call center representatives to respond to client questions.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance and provide coaching opportunities.
• Ensure agents meet performance standards and company policies.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support management goals.
