Job summary

AMR is hiring Dispatchers to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services. This full-time role involves assigning and routing transportation requests and maintaining clear communication to ensure quality support for providers, facilities, and member representatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring calls and emails, scheduling and routing requests, documenting communications, and collaborating with public safety personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some work experience in dispatch or routing calls in customer service preferred.

• Dispatchers will work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow coworkers.
• Successful Dispatchers will demonstrate organization, multitasking and time management skills.
