Job Description

Responsible for assisting dispatching & scheduling of 10+ Field Service Technicians
Billing, invoicing, servicing tickets
Tracking employee hours & payroll
Preparing & tracking proposals
Working with subcontractors and paperwork involved with them
Handling customer inquiries and scheduling
General office work

Hourly Rate: $13-16 per hour (Based on experience)
