Newrest is seeking a hands-on Dishwash Supervisor to oversee a portion of the Dishwash department. This role trains and manages staff, ensures timely, safe, high-quality meal prep, and develops clear expectations for performance. Occasional hands-on meal completion may be required.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of safety and lean processes to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years' experience in inflight catering or airport hub environment, manufacturing, logistics, or food industry managing non-exempt level employees

Responsabilités

• Supervises part of the Dishwash department.
• Manage and supervise the work of assigned employees within the department.
• Motivate and inspire team members to perform above expectations through proper recognition methods and programs.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by Newrest and client's requirements.
• Communicate effectively with all crew members and team members.
• Hold team members accountable for all expectations.
