Job summary

The Lodge At Blue Ridge in Georgia is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations. You will wash dishes, sanitize utensils, and help maintain a clean and organized dining area in accordance with Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining the dish and pot washing areas, operating dish machines, and cleaning production equipment such as stoves, ovens, fryers, and prep surfaces; high school diploma and 1 year related experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of job related experience.

Responsibilities

• Ware washing and sanitation of dishes, silverware, glassware, and cookware.
• Set up and maintain the dish and pot washing area per Food Safety Standards.
• Operate dish machines to wash and sanitize all dishes and related items.
• Set up and maintain the pot and pan sink per Food Safety Standards.
• Clean large and small production equipment (stoves, ovens, fryers, microwaves, mixers, slicers, refrigerators, freezers, work tables, prep sinks, hoods).
