Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Woodleigh Chase community in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking Dining Services helpers to keep the kitchen running smoothly and elevate guest experiences.

Starting at $17–$20 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid bi-weekly. Full-time with two shifts; no late hours. Eligible team members receive PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 3% match, onsite care, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking.
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE).

Location: Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living

Join our Dining Services team of utility workers and dishwashers to keep our kitchen running seamlessly. Your efforts will enhance efficiency and elevate our culinary creations, making you a vital member of our dynamic crew.

Compensation

Starting at $17 - Max $20, Per hour. Based on experience, paid Bi-Weekly! Sign-On Bonus: $1000! Bonus paid in your first 90 days!

Schedule

Full-Time Available! Two Available Shifts! Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm Tuesday - Saturday from 12:00pm - 8:30pm (Closing Shift)
