Job summary

Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living in Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking a Prep Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. You will contribute to Signature Dining Programs, perform à la minute cooking, and help craft chef-inspired dishes with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art facilities.

The position is full-time with shifts from 12:00pm to 8:30pm or 11:00am to 7:30pm, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays. Flexible!
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers

Responsibilities

• Assist in the consistent preparation all food items according to proper safety and cooking techniques
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and work station
• Use your culinary talents to prepare and assemble high quality menu items that drive resident satisfaction

Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living Woodleigh Chase wants a team player like you! Join our team as a Prep Cook if you’re passionate about food and teamwork, with culinary experience. You will contribute to our Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes, while working with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens and using top-notch equipment.

Compensation

Starting at $18 - Max at $21, Per hour. Based on experience, paid Bi-Weekly!

Schedule

Full-Time from 12:00pm - 8:30pm or 11:00am - 7:30pm | Saturday Availability Required
