Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Ashby Ponds in Loudoun County, Virginia, is hiring for kitchen support roles. Join as a utility worker or dishwasher to help keep our dining operations running smoothly and efficiently.

We offer $18.00–$20.00 per hour, sign-on bonuses up to $750 for part- and full-time roles, PTO and competitive benefits, 401(k) with match, and on-site medical centers. Most of our restaurant staff finish shifts before 9pm, with growth opportunities toward Prep Cook and other culinary

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team of utility workers and dishwashers to keep our kitchen running seamlessly. Your efforts will enhance efficiency and elevate our culinary creations, making you a vital member of our dynamic crew.
