Job summary

Strap Tank Brewery in St. George, UT is looking for a Dishwasher to support its fast-paced kitchen and restaurant operations. You will help keep dishes, glassware, and utensils clean and readily available for guests and staff.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training and a friendly, team-oriented environment. Flexible evenings and weekends help balance other commitments while contributing to a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dishwasher or similar role is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right individual!
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. On-call is a plus!
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Ensure that clean dishes and utensils are properly stored and ready for use.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas, including floors and equipment.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed.
• Keep track of inventory levels for cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Remove trash and ensure the kitchen and dining areas are free of debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen and restaurant operations.

Strap Tank Brewery is the vision of land developer and Salisbury Homes owner Rick Salisbury along with his wife Vickie, who have lived in Springville for more than 50 years. Utah County has been living through a spirited drought for nearly a century, with no legal beer brewers operating within its borders since before Prohibition. Still, when restaurant consultant Joe Lambert was approached about helping launch a brewery in one of Utah's most conservative communities, everyone told him to run in the opposite direction. A brewery in Utah County seemed like an oxymoron, said Lambert, who was formerly the president of Salt Lake Brewing Company. But the multimillion-dollar project involved Utah County home builder Rick Salisbury. The owner of Salisbury Homes wanted his passion for vintage motorcycles to be the restaurant and brew pub's overriding theme. Built on the same property as [Legends Motorcycle Museum], which Salisbury also owns, the brewery is designed to look like the original Harley Davidson motorcycle factory in Milwaukee. Guests enjoying Strap Tank Brewery are welcome to walk over to the museum to see an all original 1907 Strap Tank, only one of three in existence, along with an entire collection of extremely rare and vintage bikes.
