Job summary

Strap Tank Restaurant & Brewery is seeking a Busser to join the opening team. You’ll help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and support servers to ensure smooth service for every guest.

This role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic hospitality environment. Prior restaurant experience isn’t required; we train the right candidate and value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No previous restaurant experience required; training provided.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-call availability preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork.
• Physical stamina to stand and carry items for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a clean dining area including floors, tables, and chairs.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks and delivering food.
• Restock service stations with utensils and napkins.
• Remove trash and help keep all areas clean.
• Support kitchen and service staff with light prep or dishwashing.
• Monitor guest needs and provide assistance to enhance dining experiences.
• Perform other duties to support restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, tables, and chairs.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, or providing extra supplies as needed.
• Restock service stations with utensils, napkins, and other essentials.
• Remove trash and ensure cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
• Support the kitchen and service staff by handling light prep or dishwashing tasks when necessary.
• Monitor guest needs and provide assistance to enhance their dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations.
