Responsibilities:

1. Operate dishwashing machines adhering to hotel standards, and maintain cleanliness of equipment and areas.
2. Assist in washing pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
3. Complete special cleaning projects as assigned.
4. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in work areas.
5. Handle all wares carefully to prevent breakage.
6. Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment and chemicals.
7. Assist in inventory and restocking of supplies.
8. Follow safety and sanitation regulations.
9. Report damages or safety hazards.
10. Participate in ongoing training and support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal).
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Experience in hotel/restaurant dishwashing or cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and chemical handling.
• Food Handler’s Certification, High School Diploma or GED, valid Driver’s License.

Compensation: Base Pay Start Rate: $23.55/Hr. Includes benefits like medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible benefits, paid time off, and 401(k).
