Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group in Sulphur, OK is seeking a part-time dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash and sanitize dishes, assist with basic prep, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Gaming License (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience as a dishwasher preferred, but willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Ensure that all dishes and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
• Empty trash bins regularly and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients.
• Clean kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, grills, and refrigerators.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support the efficient operation of the kitchen.
