Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking Hosts to warmly welcome guests and guide them to seating, while maintaining an efficient host stand and smooth dining flow.

You will coordinate with servers, manage reservations and waitlists, and ensure a clean, inviting lobby. A friendly, multitasking team player with good communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; some locations may require employees to be 18 or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; presentable appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them in a timely manner.
• Manage the waitlist with accurate wait times and updates.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby.

We’re hiring Hosts at Traditions Hospitality Group where passion meets profession.Current Shifts Available:This position requires availability to minimally cover the following shifts:Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM-4:00 PMSaturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PMShift availability may vary depending on business demands.HOSTAs a Host for Traditions Hospitality, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
