Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking friendly and reliable Dishwashers to keep the kitchen spotless and support a memorable dining experience. You will maintain clean dishes, restock supplies, and work with a collaborative team to ensure smooth service behind the scenes.

This role rewards teamwork and a can-do attitude. You must be at least 18 years old, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift.
• Follow daily routines and keep cleaning checklists up to date.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Break down and remove all garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area.
