Responsibilities

• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Break down and remove garbage/boxes to dumpster or designated area.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving and stations ready.
