Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking a Dishwasher to keep the kitchen dish area clean, stocked, and ready for service. You will support a fast-paced environment and contribute to the guest experience by ensuring spotless utensils and cookware.

This position offers flexible schedules, opportunities for growth, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area before each shift.
• Follow daily routines and cleaning checklists.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools during shift.
• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and floors clean and safe.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of needs.
