• We are hiring immediately for a seasonal DISHWASHER position.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures, maintaining sanitation standards.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods, ensuring cleanliness.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors for safety and sanitation.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash, sanitizes trash cans, and transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists in loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
