Job Summary

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen work areas.

Essential Duties

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or using dishwashing machines.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays; polishes silverware.
• Ensures safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Maintains clean and organized dish area.
• Washes work surfaces and removes trash.
• Transfers supplies and assists with loading/unloading supplies.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
