Job Summary

This seasonal position involves maintaining dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes; wash by hand or use dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Wash pots, pans, and trays following procedures to ensure cleanliness.
3. Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods, ensuring sanitation.
4. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
5. Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
6. Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards.
7. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
8. Remove trash and clean trash cans.
9. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
10. Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
