Job Summary

Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. This is a seasonal position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scrape and rinse food from dishes; wash by hand or in dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Wash pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures.
3. Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
5. Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
6. Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
7. Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
8. Remove trash and clean garbage cans.
9. Transfer supplies and equipment as needed.
10. Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
