Job Details: Job Location: SOLVANG, CA 93463, Salary Range: $22.00 - $22.00 Hourly, Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Dishwasher. This position entails operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand washing stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor. Washing and disinfecting kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Receiving deliveries, storing perishables properly, and rotating stock. Ensuring clean wares are stored in appropriate areas. Using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes. Inspecting, pulling, and stacking cleaned items, sending soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing. Racking and spraying all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue. Sorting, soaking, and washing/re-washing silverware. Breaking down dirty bus tubs. Emptying and maintaining trashcans and dumpster area. Cleaning and moping all areas in assigned departments. Disposing of glass in the proper containers. Breaking down cardboard boxes and placing them and other recyclables in the recycle bin. Following all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; reporting maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; completing safety training and certifications. Protecting company assets. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others; supporting team goals. Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post offer, pre-employment.
